Giuseppe Traviglia, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at DIVAS Asset Management, responsible for shaping the investment strategy of the firm's multi-asset solutions. With over 20 years of experience, Giuseppe brings deep expertise in asset allocation, factor investing and quantitative strategies. Previously, he led quantitative and derivative investment solutions at Credit Suisse and UBS, where he managed the CS Multi-Asset Premia Fund and unconstrained multi-asset portfolios. He was also a Member of the Investment Management Committee and of the Global Asset Allocation Committee. Giuseppe holds an Executive MBA with honors, a Master of Science in Economics with honors and a Master in Quantitative Finance. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Tobias Widmer brings over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, with expertise including asset management, investment advisory and financial technology. He founded and led operations at ONE PM AG and Baumhaus Capital AG, optimizing investment processes through custom software solutions. Prior to that, Tobias worked at VP Bank, Julius Baer, and other firms developing portfolio management systems, enhancing reporting capabilities, and implementing quantitative investment strategies. With a Bachelor's in Business Administration focused on Finance, his passion lies in leveraging technology to drive innovation in investment management and operations.
Hansueli manages Eurozone Equity Funds. In the previous 30 years he managed Eurozone Equities at GAM Investment Management and UBS Investment Management in Zurich, Global Equities at Globvest and Morgan Stanley in Zurich, Pan-European Equities at Schroders in Zurich and U.K./Irish Equities at SBC Portfolio Management International in London. He graduated as Economist from the School of Economics and Business Administration in Zurich.
Tien has eight years of experience in business development, strategic partnership building and investor relations and brings deep knowledge of venture capital, family offices and HNIs. She has a proven track record of building investor relationships and business growth. Tien has also worked internationally on projects with the Republic of Estonia (Stakeholder Engagement E-Residency) and the New York venture capital fund Palm Drive Capital (Public Relations and Investor Relations).
Dr. Olivier Schmid joined Divas Asset Management in April 2023. In his function as Managing Director, he is responsible for the entire offering of Divas around trend following. Olivier studied and wrote his thesis on the field of multistage stochastic optimization at the University of St. Gallen, where he also spent several years as a lecturer. He began his professional career at Bank Julius Baer, where his duties included building up the Wealth Engineering team. He then switched to Quantica Capital in the hedge fund industry, serving as Senior Investment Manager, and subsequently joined AIM Capital in 2010, where he initially served as Senior Researcher and later as Chief Investment Officer, responsible for all investment strategies. In December 2012 he joined Fisch Asset Management where he was, in his function as Research Analyst and Senior Portfolio Manager, responsible for the CTA strategies.
Dr. Patrick Wirth joined Divas Asset Management in April 2023. In his function as Managing Director, he is responsible for the entire offering of Divas around trend following. Patrick graduated in Physics at ETH Zurich and subsequently did a PhD at the Institute for Operations Research and Computational Finance, University of St. Gallen. As a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Bank Julius Baer and VP Bank, he was responsible for strategic asset allocation. He switched to Quantica Capital as a Senior Portfolio Manager in 2009, took over responsibility for the entire portfolio management team as of 2010 and was named Deputy CIO. In March 2015, Patrick joined Fisch Asset Management as a Senior Portfolio Manager and a Research Analyst for CTA strategies.
Dr. Michael Huber (Director) is mandate leader for managers of collective investment schemes and independent asset managers. Prior to joining SwissComply, he spent six years at Deloitte where he was responsible for setting up and managing Assetbox, a platform for outsourced compliance and risk management services, FINMA licensing and regulatory consulting. Prior to that, he spent several years as a senior compliance officer in asset management at a major Swiss bank and as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michael holds a PhD in Economics (Dr. oec. HSG), is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and a Dipl. Compliance Officer Specialist AMLA. Michael speaks German, English and French.
Susanne Grether is married and the mother of three children. Ms Grether studied psychology with a minor in economics at the University of Basel while working as a shareholder with a seat on the Board of Directors and was operationally involved in the management of Doetsch Grether AG. Susanne Grether was responsible in particular for the development of the Fenjal and Grether's Pastilles brands. Since 2014, she has actively managed and administered her company holdings through her own independent family office.

Florian Treu has studied economics and earned his doctorate at the University of Basel/Switzerland. He started his carrier with ATAG Ernst&Young (EY) and worked afterwards for Bank Sarasin Group in Zurich, London and Dubai. Since 2006 he has been an independent advisor mainly to family offices in the area of art, private equity, and operational topics. Florian Treu has 20 years of experience in the financial sector and as member of the board of directors, he is also responsible for overlooking the Compliance.
Conradin, co-founder of DIVAS Asset Management AG, previously worked in Private Equity at Partners Group and as a leading Quant at Julius Baer and Credit-Suisse. He has a vast expertise in asset management, risk management, derivative models, portfolio construction, factor investing and derivative strategies. Conradin holds a PhD in Physics from ETH Zurich.
